Project Management

The communication between the customer and the website programmer went everything but smooth. The company hired me to manage this process and make sure that the project, which lingered on for a year already, could be closed within reasonable time. Due to my technical background and visual detail I was able to understand what the customer wanted with their website and translate this towards the programmer. The project was finished in a matter of weeks due to my intensive contact with both sides.
